Thanks for the participation people. You guys motivate me to blog. =)SMU has been training me to think out of the box and so I'm here to impact some of the skills to all of you. I will try to post some interesting things that require you to crack you brains. PLEASE NOTE the things that I posted will NOT be common and the key to solve it id, BE CREATIVE!
Now, lets move on to analytical skills.
Which of these arguments are valid?1) If Singapore is an island, it is surrounded by water
2) If Singapore is surroudned by water, it is an island
3) If singapore is not an island, it is not surrounded by water
4) If Singapore is not surrounded by water, it is not an island
HINTS:P then Q
Not Q then not P
Not P not not Q
HOWEVER, there are more than one way to solve this question. Another way is to provide a counterexample to validate the argument.
To simplify things, the biggest hint is, there are 3 valid and 1 invalid argument.
EVERYBODY is to participate AT LEAST ONCE! (Read bold and caps) I will post up the answer when all have participated.
Hope you guys will have fun figuring it out though I know you all will hate me for this. I STILL LOVE ALL OF YOU OKAY!
xoxo
